What are control switches for?
Control switches are the interface between the boat driver and the trim tab system. By pressing the switch each tab can be controlled up or down to alter the trim of the craft when underway.
WHATS BEST FOR YOU?

choosing the right switch
There are a number of switches available to suit all boat driving styles (and budgets). The basic rocker switch allows you to increase or decrease the angle of the tab (altering the trim of the craft) but has to be done by the “feel” of the boat when underway. Next level up is a switch with indicators (EIC) showing you the position of the tab with a row of LED lights giving the driver feedback. Finally the automatic switch (ATP) does the job for you with the flick of a switch.

how does it work
Switches are waterproof control panels best mounted close to the steering wheel & throttles of the craft so the boat driver can easily reach when under way. By pressing one of the buttons (or rocker switches) an electrical signal is sent down the wiring loom to the control system which in turn makes the actuators move.
